# zicula-leadops-n8n-sample — free sample

Three real files from the full LeadOps Kit (3 workflow JSONs + SETUP.md +
CUSTOMIZE.md + LICENSE.txt), each **trimmed to taste** — enough to judge the
quality, not enough to run your client ops on:

- `workflow-1-lead-qualifier-SAMPLE.json` — the first 4 of 7 nodes of the AI Lead
Qualifier: webhook → field normalization → GPT scoring (0–100, strict JSON with
score / tier / reason / suggested reply) → the parse node with its
malformed-answer fallback. **Valid n8n JSON — it imports and runs.** POST a test
lead and you get the scored result back. The full workflow adds the routing half:
the score ≥70 branch to an instant Slack `#sales` alert and the Google Sheets
  nurture list for everyone else.
- `workflow-3-faq-auto-reply-SAMPLE.json` — the first 4 of 7 nodes of the FAQ
Auto-Reply: Gmail trigger → the newsletter/no-reply noise filter → the AI
classify-and-draft node (answers ONLY from your pasted FAQ text) → the safety
guard that enforces the ≥80% confidence cutoff. This cut shows the kit's whole
design philosophy. The full workflow adds the delivery half: confident replies
saved as Gmail **drafts** for you to click send, and Slack escalation for the rest.
- `SETUP-SAMPLE.md` — the SETUP guide excerpt: what each of the 3 workflows does,
the import steps, the credentials table (OpenAI / Slack / Google Sheets / Gmail,
including the exact Header Auth naming that trips people up), and the workflow-1
smoke test with its copy-paste curl command.

## What the full kit adds

- The missing halves of both sampled workflows (Slack/Sheets routing, Gmail drafts,
  Slack escalation)
- `workflow-2-invoice-reminder.json` in full — the daily 09:00 overdue scan with the
7/21-day dunning tone ladder (friendly → firm → final notice), Gmail sending and
  the reminder log sheet
- The complete `SETUP.md` — required sheet columns, FAQ paste instructions, smoke
tests for workflows 2 and 3, operator notes
- `CUSTOMIZE.md` — tune the scoring rubric, tone thresholds and confidence cutoff
- `LICENSE.txt` — agency white-label license for client deployments
